This beer was brewed with flaked rice, flaked oats, Pilsner and Voss Kveik yeasts. Citra and Colombus hops were used in the whirlpool with a massive Nelson dry hop and a touch of Wai-iti. Citrus compliments intense stone fruit with lychee and white grapes on the nose. Flaked rice keeps the malt profile clean and light to allow the ungodly Nelson dry hop to shine. Expect a smooth bitterness and balanced sweetness on the finish.
