We have teamed up with our friends at Rosewood Winery to complete this season’s Fall of Thebes! We brewed our original version with a blend of Ontario grape skins and tucked them away for just under two years in Burgundy barrels. The final product was blended with barrel aged saison, golden sour, Gamay Noir and Pinot Noir. Expect a funky, full-bodied, juicy beer, with notes of Swedish Berries, sour plums, cherry, oak, leather and a touch of raspberry vinegrette.
